TERMS OF SALE

PRICES
The prices shown are expressed in Euro (€), applied only for Europe and include VAT (unless otherwise specified for the individual product) and additional costs related to containers and packaging.
PAYMENTS
You can choose between:
- PayPal
- Payment on delivery of the goods (so-called cash on delivery)
- Bank transfer
- Online POS
DELIVERIES
Sales are limited to European territory, delivery is made by contracted express courier, within 2 working days (if the product is available) from the day following receipt of the order. In case of product unavailability, we will inform you of the delivery times.
WITHDRAWAL (CHANGE OF MIND)
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014 of 21 February 2014, the Customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the purchased products. The right of withdrawal applies to individuals acting for purposes not directly related to any professional activity carried out, therefore purchases made by resellers and companies are excluded from the right and it is exercised by sending, within 14 days of receipt of the products, written notice to the address xxxx The communication can also be sent, within the same period, by email, telegram, telex, and fax provided that within the following 48 hours it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt. The exercise of the right of withdrawal requires the return, in good condition, of the purchased products. The products must be carefully packed in order to protect the original packaging from any damage, writing, or label affixing.
INVOICING
Those required to request an invoice must do so at the time of ordering, providing their VAT number and other information necessary for invoicing.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
In case of unavailability of the ordered products, Benessere Canapa will inform the Customer in a timely manner.
